Press and hold VOLUME UP and Home (center) button
Press Power until the phone vibrate
Wait until you see the Android logo then release all the buttons.
Select Wipe data / Factory reset with VOLUME DOWN, press Power (right hand-side)
Select YES -- delete all user data with VOLUME DOWN and then press Power
After format, press Power again to reboot phone. (Select reboot system now)

This quick tutorial explains how to install applications on your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch without using iTunes.

1.    Download CopyTrans Manager, our free iTunes Alternative from the following page:

5.    Open CopyTrans Manager and connect your iPod Touch, iPad or iPhone

6.    From the left pane of the main CopyTrans Manager window click on “Applications” under your iDevice name. This is the list of apps installed on your device. If you do not see “Applications”, this means that you haven’t yet installed any applications on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch. Now click on the “Add tracks” button at the top of the program window

8.    From the file browser, navigate to the application(s) you want to install. iOS applications have the *.ipa extension and can be found in the “My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications” folder

9.    Next select the iOS application(s) you wish to add to your iDevice and click “Open”

11. Now click on the “Update” button in order to install the apps on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch

If you have trouble installing apps check whether:
